This is an extremely important position to US Executive ® where the Candidate oversees a Team of (6) Independent Sales Representatives (ISRs). This position pays (15%) for each of your own Sales, plus 2.0% of each of your (6) other Sales Team Members. This position requires a HEAVY AEC/EPC BACKGROUND so that you may grow the Department. You must know where the Engineering & Construction Industries are now and where it is going. Overseas experience a HUGE PLUS.

This Commission-based position pays well over $200,000 Annually and the Products sell themselves if you are great on Video Conference currently due to COVID-19, plus a good background with reviewing Proposals & speaking with the Contracting Officers (KOs). You must be a Natural Leader and be able to train your Team Members. This is a CAREER OPPORTUNITY that reports directly to the CEO. Industry Contacts are a PLUS since we Team/Partner a lot. A MILCON background would also be a PLUS!
A STRONG SALES BACKGROUND in Engineering & Construction is required. STRONG Team/Program Management Skills are also a PLUS! We want to double in size annually or Faster. Someone that learns computer applications is a PLUS!
